Congratulations on investing in yourself with a Color Analysis Consult !

I am so excited to get started but before we begin please fill out the following Color Analysis Intake form <<HERE>>!

Get your camera out... because I will need the following photographs to make our session a success!

​

  1.  A current picture of yourself in good lighting with no makeup, tinted moisturizer, glasses, or color contacts.

  2. A clear picture of your eye pattern.

  3. A current picture of your face that you love.

  4. If you color your hair and/or eyebrows, please include a picture of yourself with your natural hair color.

I will need to see the patterns of your eye in this picture. People have found more success asking a friend to take a photo of their eye for them.
